Shipping Policy

We strive to deliver products purchased from Divya Vaster in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. For all purchases within India, we will deliver the order to your doorstep free of cost. Shipping charges will be applicable for all orders to be delivered in other countries except India. 

• If the order is cancelled, lost or un-delivered to your preferred location, we will refund the complete order amount including shipping charges.
• If you cancel part of the order, shipping charges will not be refunded.
• If you return an order delivered to you, original shipping charges will not be refunded. 

Delivery Time

To ensure safe delivery of all products, the same are double packed in waterproof and corrugated box. All orders are shipped by the best transport/courier agencies and home delivered within approximately 4-6 working days after dispatch of the shipment.
To ensure that your order is delivered on-time, please make sure of the following while entering your Shipping Address and Phone Number details: 

• Provide complete address details with House Number, Floor, Street Name and Locality along with a Landmark.
• Enter correct City, State and Zip/Postal Code details. Orders may get misrouted if these details are incorrect.
• Kindly make sure that Phone number (preferably mobile) is correct and reachable. We may need to call you for delivery related queries.

*Free Shipping is available for a minimum order amount of Rs. 999 Only In INDIA. 

*COD (Cash on delivery) payment option available for orders amount above Rs 599 Only in INDIA.

International Shipping 

We strive to deliver products purchased from divyavaster.com in excellent condition and in the fastest time possible. You can expect your order to be delivered to you in 8-15 days depend on the location. Sometimes shipment stuck in customs then the delivery will get delayed but shipment will be delivered to you surely.

Heavy items Like Singhasan, Jhoola and Furniture are strictly Restricted to order. We do not take any Heavy Furniture items  for International order. If you choose any out of these items, then the order will get cancelled or you have to pay additional charges.

*International shipping charges INR 1999.00 upto 1kg Shipment. If the shipment will be more than 1kg then Customer would have to pay additional shipping charges.
